I come from a high-pressure, KPI-driven career where performance is everything. Over 10 years ago, I turned to meditation and breath work to manage stress, improve sleep, and stay sharp under pressure — and it became the edge that changed how I think, work, and succeed.
I recently went to New Zealand with the clear intention of filming a body of work that helps teach people the right skills to build calm, clarity, and control in the midst of real life pressure — practical tools for ambitious people balancing responsibilities and stress.
